    Wow! what a work-out for all parts of the brain.
    Don’t know how to use it yet, other than get a whole body and
    brain buzz. Best program yet, very intense.
    I would probably not
    have been able to sit through it all had I not been familiar with
    these programs, and an occasional
    meditator over the years.
