Thank you for making some of your products more affordable. I have purchased ‘Improves Mental Function’ and ‘Isocronic-45min-Theta’.
I appreciate these products without the ‘pretty music’, as I generally find the music either distracting or not to my taste, or both.
What I do appreciate in a sound track is natural sounds, such as the sounds of rainfall, a thunderstorm, songbirds singing, or wind chimes/gongs gently chiming in the breeze. Personally, I also like the sounds of seagulls and the surf, with the wind blowing, but I realize not everyone likes that.
Anyway, I thought you might like to know one of your customer’s perspective on the background sound issue, as you say it takes a lot of time and expense to create and produce these soundtracks. I expect natural sounds would be more cost effective, and I suspect a lot of people would like them. Musical tastes are so varied that when you try to do something that appeals to a wide range of people you sometimes end up with something that sounds rather bland and generic, and therefore not all that appealing. This is just my personal opinion.

We have tried nature sounds in the past with our premium programs and found the response from customers mixed, as your comment suggests.
Perhaps we just didn’t find the right nature sound combination, but most of our program users stated a preference for soft ambient music, or for no covering track at all; just pure tones. In our membership program at

Dear Randolph, I agree completely with Kim. Natural sounds of the ones she describes are appealing to me as well. Offering twp veraions seems a great way to satisfy everyone. Thanks for making your products affordable.
I also prefer the tones on themselves without music. There can be the occasional chime but that already might be too much
I really like the music, we have most of the products you offer, and it is nice to have a change here and there. I am in college right now and excited to use the new downloads while I study.

I just want to say I think your company is great. You have a start-up kind of a vibe, and you’re **WAY** cheaper than Holosync. I trust your company for some reason, and I find your offers valuable. Thanks for these latest inexpensive options. I have no problem listening to tracks without the pretty overlay, especially for reduced cost. – Melanie C.

I liked the rain soundtrack used on DeepZen 1, wanted to make my own DeepZen 2-4 tracks with the rain soundtrack (from DeepZen 1) on top, and contacted Randolph via the site. He was amazingly helpful, suggesting he upload the entire (big!) rain track so that I could download it and edit it on my Mac in Garageband. I did so, repeating/splicing the bit I like (first section of rain) 3 times so long enough for the entire 45 min tracks. He also gave me supplementary advice re saving formats, plus volume required for the binaural beats, and the results are fantastic. I start playing 1 of the 4 tracks on my Nano most nights when I go to sleep (different ones to stop mind becoming too used to each), wake up at some point in the night and turn off/remove headphones, turn over and go straight back to sleep….and have never slept so well! Thanks Randolph, you’re a star; lovely to get such great service these days….and excellent business sense – guess what, here I am having just bought another product!
