Shown to Reduce Blood Pressure
Uses sub-delta frequencies to soothe neural structures involved in high blood pressure issues. This program uses sub-delta frequencies, which are theorized to soothe the Amygdala and Hypothalamus, which are involved in vasoconstriction, fear and the fight-or-flight response. By calming these structures, blood pressure should decrease, muscles should relax, sweating should decrease and your extremities (hands and feet) should warm up. Use this program in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the program, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed. This program can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. Refer to the Relaxation Guide in the documentation for more information.
