This program is a guided hypnosis program that helps to create a state of well-being and strong self-confidence.
This program should be used in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the program, close your eyes and relax.
Headphones can be used but are not mandatory. Your benefits may be improved with the use of headphones.
During the session, you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. Refer to the Relaxation Guide in the documentation for more information.
