This is meditation program stimulating upper Theta, 7 Hz: deeper than the Schumann meditation programs, but higher than the regular Theta meditation.
This program is inspired by the work of Maxwell Cade and his research with experienced Zen meditators. Cade noticed that this pattern emerged after deeper Zen meditations, and so this is often called the “afterglow of meditation.
This program is 45 minutes long and, to get the full benefits, you should lsiten to the entire program.
If you do not have 45 minutes today, listen to at least 20 minutes to get some of the relaxation benefits.
Use this program in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the program, close your eyes and relax. .
