Here’s how we recommend you use it:

Read the concepts on the sheet to orient and immerse yourself in the theme.  Then, close your eyes in a quiet, peaceful space and ask yourself each question.  You may want to spend an entire meditation session on each question, allowing your mind to fully process the inquiry.

Seek to not attach to, nor resist any idea that comes to mind.  Simply allow your mind to go where it goes, coming back to the question if you feel the need to refocus.
